Please note: balls and sand not included- giving you the flexibility to fill it how your dogs will love it most.

1. Get in Touch

Start by reaching out to us through any of the contact methods listed above - Whatsapp, text, phone, email, or our social media pages.
2. Delivery & Pricing

All product prices are listed on our website. Once you have chosen your items, we’ll calculate a delivery charge based on your location ( mainland England only ). You’re also welcome to collect your order to avoid this charge.
3. Deposit & Build Time

We require a 25% deposit to begin crafting your equipment to order. Most builds are completed within 4-6 weeks, but if we can finish sooner, we’ll do our best.
4. Balance & Delivery

The remaining balance is due one day before your scheduled delivery. Once payment is received, well confirm and arrange a convenient delivery day with you.
